Five engagements. The number, and the story behind it.
No logo wall. Each of these is a real engagement on the Atlantic frontier or in the Gulf, told through the figure the client actually tracked. Where a partner held the prime contract or owns the asset, we say so.
A greenfield shore base, operational at major-tier standard in six months.
The situation
Guyana's Stabroek ramp-up was running ahead of the shore-base capacity to support it. The site was greenfield: 63 acres, 720 metres of waterfront, no infrastructure, and a schedule measured against first oil.
What we did
Took the terminal from bare ground to operational readiness at ExxonMobil-tier standard. Layout and systems, local workforce recruitment and training, and senior people embedded on site to run the mobilisation rather than advise on it from a distance.
The result
Operational in six months. The headline proof that we mobilise to an IOC standard on a frontier timeline.
Named as track record and achievement. Tristar holds the asset; the render is credited to Tristar.
2 months
Saipem · Baleine Cote d'Ivoire
Base delivery
A deepwater logistics base, ready for drilling in two months.
The situation
Saipem's drilling campaign on the Baleine deepwater development needed a logistics base operational on a tight, fixed schedule, with no slack for a slow stand-up.
What we did
Designed and stood up the base to operational readiness in two months, delivered under OMA's prime contract.
The result
Operational for the drilling campaign on schedule. Proof that the six-month Versailles standard compresses when the brief demands it.
Delivered under OMA's prime contract. We did not hold the head contract or a direct relationship with the operator.

ADNOC · UAE 2023–2025
Supply chain
A group logistics network, re-engineered into a hub structure.
The situation
Group logistics ran across eleven ADNOC companies, with the warehousing footprint duplicated and uncoordinated across the structure.
What we did
Re-engineered the network, more than forty warehouses across the eleven companies, into a central and regional hub structure, with independent consultancy and verification through the work.
The result
A consolidated hub model in place of a fragmented footprint. The supply-chain proof: the network itself was the cost, and the network is what we changed.
Marine advisory
ADNOC L&S · UAE
Marine strategy & valuation
Marine strategy and an independent valuation for the group's shipping arm.
The situation
ADNOC L&S, the group's shipping arm, needed marine strategy and an independent read on asset value as it weighed its options for growth.
What we did
Delivered the marine strategy and asset valuation, on tier-one shipbroking experience. The work informed the group's acquisition of Zakher Marine.
The result
An independent basis for a major fleet decision. The advisory shaped the deal; the deal was the group's to make.
The transaction value was never publicly disclosed and is not published here.
$441M
Walvis Bay & Luderitz Namibia · 14.1% IRR
Investor diligence
The independent investor read on the Namibian port developments.
The situation
Investors needed an unconflicted read on the Walvis Bay and Luderitz port developments as the Orange Basin moved toward FID, with no stake in the build to colour the answer.
What we did
Ran the diligence, and originated the Luderitz case end to end: greenfield port CAPEX and operating model, modelled to a 14.1% IRR on roughly $441M of CAPEX, our own figures. The DP World shore base development study in Suriname-Guyana sits inside this same diligence line.
The result
A defensible investment case, originated rather than simply reviewed. Proof that we can build the deal, not only respond to it.
Investors unnamed. Figures are 3PL's own modelling.
Contact
Three partners. Direct lines, direct engagement.
The partner who pitches the work is the partner accountable for it. No layer between you and the people delivering. Behind them, a network of senior specialists on the ground where the work is.
